Privacy

We store your Steam ID, Discord ID, display name and purchase history to run our servers and deliver purchases.

Our game servers record the IP address you connect from, linked to your Steam ID, to fight cheating and ban evasion. Only authorised staff can see it, it is never posted to Discord, and it is deleted after 180 days.

In-game chat is reviewed automatically to catch abuse: a self-hosted model scores messages, and borderline ones may be sent with a little of the surrounding chat to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) for a second opinion. Flagged messages are checked by staff before any action unless a community chooses otherwise. Chat logs are kept for 30 days unless a community sets a different period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
