Refunds

All sales are final, except where the law or our payment provider requires otherwise.

Check the server, package and price before you buy. Buying the wrong package does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you were charged but did not receive your perks, do not buy again. Open a support ticket with your Steam ID, the package and your order number.

Contact support before opening a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to removal of perks.
